Before we dive into it, can we celebrate your rebrand for a quick sec! What an exciting time!

Now that you have a stunning brand that seriously reflects who you are and your brand goals, it’s time to introduce the elevated rendition to your customers and audience on social media. Say au revoir to the old brand because it’s only onward and upward from here!

It’s ideal to integrate your new gorgeous brand assets onto your website and onto your social feed in a cohesive way and I’m going to make it easy peasy for you to do. 

 Let’s dive in! 

FOUR STEPS TO LAUNCHING YOUR REBRAND

1. STRATEGIZE AND PLAN IT OUT

Give yourself enough time to properly launch the re-brand. We didn’t work this hard to have it go unnoticed, #amirite?

Make a list of all the elements you will need to update. For example website, social media, email marketing, client communications, brand packages, marketing material, etc. Everything your brand touches will likely have to be enhanced to reflect the new look. Don’t let that overwhelm you! Pull out your calendar and make a plan to roll it out in do-able stages.

2. HYPE UP THE BRAND

Oh yes. You know I love a good brand party! We need to generate some hype on social! Be sure to show your audience a glimpse of what’s been going on behind the scenes. This creates more know, like, and trust with your peeps as they feel a part of the whole experience! Showcase Instagram stories of you selecting your new colour palette, sprinkle in stock imagery that is aligned with the new branding onto your Instagram feed to begin a seamless transition, and talk about what’s going on.

Giving your audience the low-down is only going to make them feel more VIP, which is exactly what we want! Why? Because people buy from people they trust! 

3. INTRODUCE THE ASSETS

Woohoo! You’ve made it. It’s time to bring your brand baby into the world!  The best part about working with a design studio is that we package up your assets in a clear and easy-to-implement way. You’ll want to approach this in phases.

For starters, you’ll need to update your website to match updated colours, fonts, and brand stamps/logos. Look back to your plan and ensure you’ve scheduled time to go about this or look into a web developer to make the changes for you.

Once the web portion is taken care of it’s time for your brand takeover on social media! Change over Instagram highlights to resemble your new colour palette or brand assets and change your profile photos to your brand stamp.

For your first photo – go big! Use your logo as a launch graphic in a new post and talk about the rebranding in a post.

4. CARRY ON WITH NEW BRANDING

Ah – that wasn’t so bad! Now that you can breathe, carry on.

If you feel like your Instagram feed looks awkward, have no fear – this will soon be a distant memory. Your feed will very quickly begin to play out in an aligned and cohesive way once you start introducing photos that are on-brand with the re-brand.
